Photo album binding
The need for photo album is increasing every day. In addition to photos taken at weddings, birthdays and other gatherings, today everyone has saved countless photos on their digital camera or mobile phone. We can produce photo album with personalized hard covers using Fastbind machines. To do this, first we print the content of the photo album cover on the tacking sheet using a digital printer. Then we make the cover using the grey boards with Fastbind casematic machine. We can also cover the tacking sheets or the photos with different kinds of laminating materials using the Foliant Laminating machine, to have a better and more desirable appearance and will also be protected against environmental factors and will be more durable.
Next we crease all the photos and fold them in the middle and then will paste together using Fastbind mounting sheets by Fastbind Fotomount machine. Finally these photos will be cut in three sides and will be bind in the hard cover. It should be noted that this method is very easy to use, so that an operator can easily and very quickly perform a photo album from the beginning to the end in a very short time with great elegance and precision.
In this method of album production, neither in the production stage of hard cover nor in the stage of connecting the photos to each other, no liquid glue is used and no pollution caused by the consumption of glue is created.
