To make notebooks:

Because of high population of students in both the schools and universities, and also the educational institutes, the need for notebooks is quite essential and it must be produced in a numerous volume and each year it is produced and used.

to make the notebooks, first the sheets is cut to the required size using EBA guillotine machines. Then, the papers are counted and separated using the B.Matic sheet counting machine according to the need of each notebook.

in the next step, the cover papers of the notebook are added to the counted papers. then, they would be punched with JBI Punching machine. The speed of each punching machine is different, but the output in the JBI EX-610 punching machine is up to 180,000 sheets per hour.
